DIRECT BILLING FOR ICBC

It includes acupuncturists, chiropractors, counsellors, kinesiologists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and psychologists.
Looking for additional health care practitioners to support your recovery from a Motor Vehicle Accident:

DO WE PROVIDE DIRECT BILLING TO ICBC? YES, WE DO!
Please note that NOT all practitioners are able to accommodate ICBC appointments. Our direct billing is a courtesy service and not a guarantee. To book an ICBC appointment, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

Yes, ONLY certain Practitioners can direct bill to ICBC on your behalf.
Currently, not all our Practitioners can provide direct billing to ICBC.
We recommend contacting us directly to ensure you are booked with a Practitioner who can provide direct billing to ICBC. Please keep in mind, available appointments are limited and we are only able to accommodate a certain number of ICBC patients to ensure you are receiving the appropriate care within an appropriate time frame.
While certain Practitioners can directly bill ICBC on your behalf, if your treatment falls outside of the approved time window, you may be required to pay for that session up front and submit to your ICBC adjuster for reimbursement.
In order to book an ICBC Appointment, it must be done by speaking with one of our team members.
-
Please speak directly with one of our team members to gather some information. We will need the following information:
ICBC Claim Number
Adjustor Information (if provided)
Full Legal Name

(t’s important to note that our ICBC direct billing service is a courtesy service and not a guarantee that all direct billings will be approved or paid by ICBC. Patients will be able to collect these payments directly from their ICBC adjuster.
-
If additional treatments are needed, your Practitioner will contact your Customer Claims Specialist (Adjuster) or submit an Extension Request to ICBC for approval. If you are diligent with following your treatment plan by your health care provider(s) and there is clinical reasoning to support the need for further treatment, ICBC will review the extension request and approve at their discretion.
Approval is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for payment until ICBC approves the Extension Request. If approved, you may be eligible for reimbursement.
