  • Yes, ONLY certain Practitioners can direct bill to ICBC on your behalf.

Currently, not all our Practitioners can provide direct billing to ICBC.

We recommend contacting us directly to ensure you are booked with a Practitioner who can provide direct billing to ICBC. Please keep in mind, available appointments are limited and we are only able to accommodate a certain number of ICBC patients to ensure you are receiving the appropriate care within an appropriate time frame.

While certain Practitioners can directly bill ICBC on your behalf, if your treatment falls outside of the approved time window, you may be required to pay for that session up front and submit to your ICBC adjuster for reimbursement.

In order to book an ICBC Appointment, it must be done by speaking with one of our team members.

  • Please speak directly with one of our team members to gather some information. We will need the following information:

    • ICBC Claim Number

    • Adjustor Information (if provided)

    • Full Legal Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Card Card Number

    • Email

    • Phone Number:

    • Accident Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

(t’s important to note that our ICBC direct billing service is a courtesy service and not a guarantee that all direct billings will be approved or paid by ICBC. It remains the patient's responsibility to pay for all unpaid treatments by ICBC should direct billing problems occur. Patients will be able to collect these payments directly from their ICBC adjuster.

  • If further treatments are required your Practitioner will contact your Customer Claims Specialist (Adjuster) and/or submit an Extension Request directly to ICBC, this is to seek approval for additional treatments. Granted, you are diligent in following your treatment plan established by our healthcare team, and there is a legitimate need for additional treatments, ICBC may approve the request.

You are responsible for payment for your additional treatments until ICBC provides your Practitioner for approval. If ICBC provides approval for the Extension Request, you may be eligible for reimbursement.
