Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please notify our office by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. In the absence of 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the FULL COST of your treatment.
Additionally, the following charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows:
First No-Show or Late Cancellation:50% charge of the full cost of the treatment will be applied
Second No-Show or Late Cancellation:100% charge of the full cost of the treatment will be applied
You will also be required to pay for any treatment-related fees that are not covered by your health insurance. A cancellation fee may be applied to your account for missed appointments without prior notification.
Exceptions will be made for illness and barring emergencies.

No Show Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. In courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, we require that you provide us with 24 hours notice of any cancellation or change of appointment time. In an event where you do not show up with no notice, there will be an outstanding charge added to your account.
Late Arrivals
Please understand, if you arrive late for your appointment, Practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
