Credit Card Required for Booking:
A valid credit card is required to secure all online massage therapy appointments. This helps us confirm your booking and maintain availability for all clients.

Secure & Convenient Payments:
Your card allows for seamless, contactless payment through JaneApp, making your visit quick and stress-free.

Insurance & Outstanding Balances:
Any remaining balance not covered by extended health benefits or direct billing may be charged to the card on file.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) Missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a fee charged to the card on file.
