EXPERIENCE
Rav, after graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College, he started his practice at MICRO Massage and Wellness clinic in Langley, BC. His exposure has given him a wide variety of clinical experience ranging from supporting individuals with soft tissue conditions, sports related injuries, overuse injuries, stress management, chronic pain management, neurological disorders and headaches. Rav is also experienced in pain management and believes a balance between therapeutic and relaxation techniques share an important role in calming the body’s nervous system.
LIFESTYLE
Through his passion for the outdoors, living an active lifestyle through exercise, bouldering, hiking, snowboarding and fishing he has experienced first hand the benefits of Massage Therapy. Physical therapy has helped his own recovery with his injuries, and massage therapy has helped him reduce stress, anxiety and assist with pain management. He has felt first hand the benefits of physical therapy and is committed in helping others the same way he was helped.
