A Personal Message from Thea

My motivation is rooted in delivering exceptional client service in every interaction. I believe each connection is an opportunity to create a positive, lasting impact, and I continuously refine my skills to ensure every client experience is warm, efficient, and supportive.

I am committed to improving the functionality and flow of our clinic’s administrative systems by developing, implementing, and optimizing processes that enhance both team performance and client care. Supporting my colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused environment is a priority I take great pride in.

A quote that strongly reflects my approach to service is:

“To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money—and that is sincerity and integrity.” — Douglas Adams

Experience

Before becoming an Operations Manager and Virtual Assistant, I worked as an Education Assistant, supporting children in my community after earning my diploma in 2013. My passion for helping others has always been at the core of everything I do.

In 2016, I welcomed my first son and took time to fully embrace motherhood. I later had my second son in 2021, and raising my two boys continues to be one of my greatest joys and motivations. My family inspires me every day to grow, give back to my community, and lead by example.

In 2017, I began working part-time as a Medical Office Assistant at a Registered Massage Therapy clinic. This experience introduced me to the value of work-life balance and deepened my passion for supporting both clients and healthcare professionals. It ultimately led me to transition into virtual assistance.

Today, I specialize in providing administrative support for healthcare clinics, including appointment scheduling, direct billing, bookkeeping, and operational organization. I’m highly adaptable and focused on creating efficient systems that help clinics run smoothly.

With growing experience and a strong sense of purpose, I founded TC Virtual Solutions to support clinics across the Lower Mainland. I’m proud to lead operations for MICRO MVMT & HEALTH CO and to help healthcare professionals focus on what matters most—caring for their clients.
